What you’re really paying today. And won’t.
A typical multichannel operator at $20M GMV runs about twelve separately-billed SaaS tools. Each one charges to store the same orders, customers, and SKUs, then charges again for the integration to the next one over.
CCEN replaces the lot. Below is what we typically see operators retire on the way in.

14 days to live. 90 to retired ERP.
We don’t outsource migrations to a partner network. A CCEN solutions engineer leads the move from kickoff to first live order, then stays on for at least 30 days post-launch.
The pattern: connect channels first, import the catalog, hot-swap orders into CCEN, retire the old OMS. WMS, finance, and CS follow on a tighter schedule once orders are flowing.
- 01Day 1 to 3Kickoff and connectChannels live (Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces). Catalog imported. Sandbox inventory snapshot.
- 02Day 4 to 10Hot-swap ordersOrders cut over channel by channel. The old OMS becomes read-only. Returns and CS start in parallel.
- 03Day 11 to 14Go liveFirst production day on CCEN. Solutions engineer on standby. Daily standups for the first week.
- 04Week 3 to 6Operations + financeWMS rolled out warehouse by warehouse. A2X and bookkeeper retired. Live FIFO COGS.
- 05Week 7 to 12Replace the legacy ERPGL, accruals, period close on CCEN. Old NetSuite or QuickBooks becomes a read-only archive. Most operators retire it by day 90.
Questions we hear.
- Why volume-based pricing instead of per-seat?
- Because operations teams need every operator on the platform. Per-seat pricing punishes you for using the tool. We price against the size of your business, not the size of your headcount.
- What does Growth actually include?
- Every L0 surface (Orders, Products, Listings, Customers, Calendar, Reports), every reference L1 app (Inventory, Warehouse, Shipping, Returns, Finance, CS, Marketing), the standard agents library, full data export, and access to the open marketplace. The order, channel, and warehouse ceilings exist so we can offer a published price; cross them and you move to Scale.
- Are marketplace apps included?
- First-party CCEN apps and the open-source reference L1 apps are included. Third-party apps are priced by the developer who built them. CCEN does not take a cut of marketplace revenue from operators.
- Can we self-host?
- Not today. CCEN runs on Vercel for the host application, Neon for Postgres, ClickHouse for OLAP, Typesense for search, and Redis for caching. If you have a deployment requirement (sovereign cloud, FedRAMP, air-gapped), talk to us on the Platform tier.
- What's the migration look like?
- Most operators replace 10 to 20 tools when they move to CCEN. Our solutions team builds importers for your top three tools (the ones holding the bulk of your data). The long tail goes through our migration playbook with templates for the most common SaaS exports. Median time to live is 14 days for Growth, 6 weeks for Scale.
- Can we leave?
- Yes, easily. Every L0 entity is exportable as Parquet to your S3 bucket on a schedule. Every uploaded file is downloadable. Every webhook can be redirected. The data is yours, in formats your warehouse already speaks.
- Do you offer non-profit, starter, or design-partner pricing?
- Yes to all three. We have a starter program for early-stage operators (under $1M GMV), a non-profit track at 50% off Growth, and a design-partner program for operators willing to ship feedback fast in exchange for roadmap input.
- Do you charge for support?
- No. Support is included on every tier. Response SLAs scale with the tier (1 business day on Growth, 4 hours on Scale, 1 hour on Platform).
